MSO4000, DPO4000, MSO3000, DPO3000, MSO2000, DPO2000, TDS3000C, or TDS3000B Series oscilloscopes. TDS3000B Series oscilloscopes require firmware V3.0 or higher. MSO2000 and DPO2000 Series oscilloscopes require the DPO2CONN connectivity module.
